Glenwood Ave Arts Festival

We had a busy and fun-filled weekend, Sunday spent with a friend wandering around artist booths at the Glenwood Ave Arts Festival. We grabbed some business cards from a few of the artists, some ideas for birthday presents for Mikey as his fifth birthday is drawing ever-closer. He was quite taken by this lovely owl pillow from Mary Wells Design and we had some fun looking at all of the paintings and crafts, as well as watching the puppet show and listening to some musicians on the stage. I’m so glad we managed to go, there’s often so much going on in the city that it can be difficult to keep track. I didn’t realise that the festival was happening until the morning we went!

    • That does complicate things a little, but you can practice at places like county fairs or wherever there are a lot of people too 🙂

  1. I love street festivals! We live in more of a rural area so we don’t get the chance to go to them too often but we have been fortunate enough to be in NYC and Toronto for some good ones! Awesome
    Street photography!! Love your photos.
