Calm [Poetic Winter, A Photography Challenge]

I’d written a few things to begin with, on the subject of calm, and then subsequently deleted them. Because honestly? I feel a little like I’ve been searching, this week, for just a little spot of calm… anything really. Just one minute even. But it’s been much busier than usual and I feel like I’ve barely had a second to myself. That’s not really the kind of introduction I wanted to make for Calm this week, but perhaps I can look forward a little to having some down time next week? I think that maybe I need to keep the above quote in mind a little more in the future, and I certainly need to search out out a beach where I can listen to the calm waves lapping gently at the shore.

I hope you’ve all managed to find a little calm this week, I can’t wait to see all of your photos for our final prompt! I’ve had such an awesome time pouring over your photos, commenting and pinning for each of the prompts for the duration of the challenge!

We’ve been so excited to be able to offer you all some amazing tutorials, freebies and exclusive discounts for the duration of the photo challenge! This week head on over to Alicia’s blog, Project Alicia, this week for a ‘Back to Basics’ tutorial with a free, one-of-a-kind photo download!

Thanks to the following sponsors for partnering with us to bring you these fabulous deals; created exclusively for Poetic Winter Photo Challenge participants and valid until the end of February.
