Blizzard Bloghop

Welcome, this is the place where I like to take a break from hectic goings on, sit by my window with a cup of coffee and write.

I’m a stay at home mum to a 3 year old boy, Mikey, who is in the photographs above. I am from England originally but somehow found myself married to an American. We currently live in Germany, where my husband serves as a soldier in the U.S. Army. You can read more about me here.

I love to read, blog, take photographs and I love to cook. You can find recipes I’ve posted here and here, along with with photographs in almost every post on my blog, or on my flickr account.

I’ll keep this short and sweet, I know you have plenty of other blogs to browse. If you like you can subscribe, “like” my page on facebook or follow me on twitter. Feel welcome to ask any questions in the comments and I look forward to “meeting” all of you!

  12. Hi, just followed over from the bloghop. Your photos of your son are beautiful! When we were stationed in North Dakota one of the great friends I made is a British woman who married an Airman and thought she’d get to see the world and ended up frozen with the rest of us in ND! I love the look for your blog … I definitely be back!

  13. Wow, that is amazing talent, I love those photos!! Even before reading your post I thought that first picture looked like a little British boy in England, I don’t know why! Maybe it is the cobblestone and the blues in the picture? But anywho, I love those photos!
